[2.0.15] Main menu inaccessible

Hello,

The menu can be moved to the edge of the screen and following, cannot be grabbed and moved back on screen.

Steps to reproduce: Drag menu bar repeatedly against the bottom of the screen until it moves no more, then try to pull it back up. My resolution is 3840 x 2160 and I've attached my config file.

Steps to fix: Alt+F4 and reopen the .exe

A cool feature would be to add a flag --screensaver to remove the menus and fixed title art (to prevent burn-in). I regularly move the menu and leave the game background scenes running on my tv.

Thanks for the report. I have to say… this is the biggest case of “stop hitting yourself” I’ve ever seen congratulations.

The fix for this is simple. Don’t do that.
