[2.0.14] Crash when loading custom scenario (TargetDeserialiser.cpp:186: targetersCount)

I recently made a map and wanted to play it, so I saved it as a custom scenario. However, every time I try to play it, or any other custom scenario, the game crashes. Here are the debug files and my specs:

Thanks for the report, i seem to be unable to reproduce the issue, could you share your scenario that is failing to load?

Scenarios should be located in %appdata%/Factorio/scenarios. Based on the log file, for you it would be: C:/Users/Rich/AppData/Roaming/Factorio/scenarios

Okay, I'm at the right directory but it's folders instead of separate files. Is there a file in those folders I should look for?
Also, I don't know if this helps at all, but I checked to see if the same thing happened with a previously made map/scenario, and it did.
