Red for "still not completed", even though it says 100% complete, and the Foundry doesn't appear on my recipe list. Am I missing something, or should I be reposting this in the bug forum with a copy of the save file and so forth?

I feel like I'm missing something very obvious here. I got to Vulcanus for the first time and started to put things together. Soon enough, I want to unlock the Foundry, so I do what the tech tree tells me and craft some tungsten carbide. After making two full stacks of the stuff, the research entry looks like this:

The research is red, meaning you have not yet researched the pre-requisite for this one. You'll need to mine some Calcite to complete the previous research, which should instantly complete this one too.
