Fifth tier tier belt

Since cooling is now a thing, a fifth tier belt that ties with it would be interesting. SInce it's moving at so fast speeds the belt will generate heat and will jam if it overheats. To counter this, the belt would allow for attaching heat pipes to it. What would tie this to the rest of the gameplay mechanics would be that if the belt is sufficiently cooled, any spoilable item on that belt would spoil much slower.

So they produce free heat? Would it be possible to run the heat pipes to a heat exchanger?

They'd probably jam well before 500°C so no. They would however be good for self-sustaining on aquilo.
