[2.0.12] No indication of item throughput limit on cargo landing pad

The Cargo Landing Pad UI and its item description give no indication that there is a certain item throughput limit with the Cargo Landing Pad, nor that it can be solved with adding Cargo Bays. This results in a very confusing/frustrating situation when some items "just won't drop", including via the manual drop pod slots.
