Place for things which are bugs but we have no idea how to solve them. Things related to hardware, libraries, strange setups, etc.

[2.0.14] Crash when using map feature on Vulcanus and navigating over big mining drill

Post by Mopredict »

Hi there, i had my first crash in this great game.

What did you do?

Used map feature to navigate on Vulcanus

What happened?

Game crashes repeatedly in same viewing area.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

No crashing

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

First time i have this problem

I added my save game. Load game, then use map feature to view Vulcanus and navigate north over big mining drills

Thanks for the report however I am not able to reproduce any crash when viewing that area of the map. Does this persist if you restart your computer?

Oh man, I'm embarrassed now. After the restart everything works again, I just blame it on the time of day...

Thank you very much!

Could be a random one-off issue with your PC, it could be failing RAM/bad hardware. If more issues start to crop up I would be suspicious.
