[2.0.14-2] Minor issue: inconsistent pluralization of Fulgoran ruins

Most fulgoran ruins are singular: [size] Fulgoran ruin

I've seen a few exception of this, all with the big ruins where there is an added 's' at the end:

As you can see from the first set of images, not all the big ruins have the added 's', only some of them.
I did not do an extremely thorough search, so I might have missed some that have the added 's', but I posted what I did find.

This is purely a spelling thing and does not affect gameplay at all, but the inconsistency bugged me enough to want to make a post about it.
