[2.0.14] Vegetation grass flora visible through concrete

What did you do?
Placed concrete on the ground.

What happened?
Vegetation / grass / flora is not removed, it is still visible.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Vegetation should be removed.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always, Nauvis and Gleba.

EDIT: Noticed that placing buildings on Gleba removes some vegetation but not all.

Thanks for the report. This is intended. Concrete only has a small % chance to remove these decorative bits when placed. It works that way on purpose as to not make the visual a dull boring all-concrete as soon as players start using it.
