Belt dragging does not place underground belt exit [2.0.14]

1. What did you do?
Dragged belt item over the ghost belt with underground belt in the middle of it.
2. What happened?
All belts were placed, underground enter was placed, underground exit was not placed, ghost of underground exit remained.
3. What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
All belts to be placed, underground enter to be placed, underground exit to be placed - this is expected to happen when you usually drag belt item over obstacles.
4. Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
It happens everytime. Dragging belt works as expected, if there is no ghost of underground exit(other ghost belts do not matter)

I can confirm.

Place ghost of underground entry and exit pieces. Manually place over ghost and exit piece is not placed.
