[2.0.13] Crash loading save "TagManager.cpp:67: it->second == tag.get() was not true"

Hi all, I tried to load my save file, but it just crashes every time with or without mods. I can load the other save files just fine (Not the autosaves though, they have the same issue.) I tried using an earlier version of factorio that it worked with, but it seems the latest update has irreparably corrupted it. I would rather not lose my entire save, so assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks for the report. Did you by chance import-surface using the map editor with this save? I'm trying to figure out how it could possibly get into this broken state and that's the only way I can find right now.

Yes I did. I had made a new save for the dlc but I wanted the progress I had on one of my other saves so I imported it. In hindight I could've just made a copy of the save I had because I didn't want to overwrite it.
