Context: As of the 2.0 update, there is a new copper cable icon that is to be used when wanting to reconnect/configure power cables. This was a welcomed feature, but does cause an issue due to the fact that the item is represents also still being in the game (unlike the green/red wires). To put it simply, both copper wires can be selected as separate items in a circuit network, which can cause incredible confusion as the only noticeable difference is the minor text after the name of the icons, both say copper wire to add further confusion. It should also be noted that if the copper wire icon is selected, not the item, and the circuit condition is used to request items to a requester chest, it won't find the item, even if the network has the cable available.
If you look at the attached screenshot, it shows that the circuit condition request copper wire can't be fulfilled by the system, but the one I manually placed can be. I eventually figured out this was due to the two different conditions being available for selection with the same icon, that are treated seperately.
My suggestion is that the copper wire icon for the non-item be modified slightly at the very least to easily differentiate that it's the other item. Other solutions could also be removing it as a possible circuit selection. It would also be helpful if the player was given a warning when the non-item icon is being used, but this might be a bit too much work.
