It does set filter according to what the wire carries. (the current wire connection does not really make a sense, its just for demonstration)

When the wire is disconnected, it still says "disabled by control behavior" (circled with blue), which I can only fix when reconnecting with a wire and unchecking the set filter (grayed out otherwise), or copying over an unfiltered grabby-mc-thingy.

How to recreate:
- Place a collector.
- Connect a wire to it and anything else that does not contain signals of valid collection items (like an empty belt)
- Check Set Filter checkbox (status goes to Disabled by control behavior)
- Disconnect the wire
My expected behavior would be to drop the filters and start collecting items again since there is no control behavior (wire is disconnected), and not connected to a logistic network.
