Super-alt mode

Have an optional third state that we toggle between (non-alt, alt, super-alt) that displays everything--inserter arrows, combinator conditions, everything you can optionally add to the regular alt mode.

I would turn some things off from alt-mode and get a nicer view if this was a thing.
