Add "Any" Quality to All Quality Dropdown Menus

I saw that the "Any" quality option was added to parametrization in today's update. I would like to request that same option be added to anywhere that has that dropdown menu (perhaps as the default selection).

Though inserter filters can be set to the "Any" quality, I noticed that the Constant Combinator does not have the "Any" quality option, thus setting inserter filters using the constant combinator requires multiple settings (using up all the inserter's filter slots) to accomplish the same goal.
