Allow dumping of chunks from Collectors

Building plattforms i often find my collectors filled with unwanted asteroids. dismanteling the collector will get rid of them, however, without dismanteling them, removing asteroids from their inventory places them in my ships cargo hold.

i would ask to dump the rocks instead of placing them in my cargohold. i have no use for them there or on the planet, they are infinite anyway and finally, i can see how this might be abuseable to teleport rocks from one part of the ship to another (albeit with high playerworkload)

You can build an inserter that outputs from a collector and throws items into space:

i know. i still think the player should be able to dump from the collector.
its not as if this would produce any balancing issue. its already possible to delete the chunks manually by rebuilding the collector.
