[2.0.13] Foundry trigger technology didn't activate after crafting Tungsten Carbide

Edit: I was misinterpreting the research window. My mistake.

The Foundry didn't unlock after crafting Tungsten Carbide, which is it's prerequisite according to the research tree. The technology window does show that it is in fact 100% researched, yet it remains unavailable. No mods, no editor or cheats.

Not sure if it's related, but I'm on a 2 player map and the non-hosting player unlocked the previous trigger technology "Tungsten Carbide" by mining a rock, though this has never been an issue in the past.

Have you unlocked also the second prerequisite technology Calcite processing?

I definitely missed that, and was too focused on the "Researched: 100%". Thank you!
