What?

There should be a way to configure platform wait conditions based on logistics group.
This would allow platforms to leave a planet's orbit if specific items are or are not fulfilled

Why?

This would be handy for my platform to move on if the logistics group containing items from fulgora are not yet present on nauvis and would allow a greater degree of control if solar system circuit networks are not a thing

Doubt it will happen.

You may be able to do what you want using a space platform circuit network. You can put logistics groups into constant combinators. You could use that to add/subtract from logistics requests, and read the inventory of the space platform and output a signal indicating whether the requests are satisfied.
