[2.0.13] Lags after long wait in menu

What did you do?
I loaded a save or just start a new game. then paused the game with ESC. Then wait 5-30 minute in the pause menu.
What happened?
After the wait i resume the game then i got a lag spike. after 5 minute i got one. If a wait like 30 minute i got 3-4 lag spike. the fps and ups drop to 30-40 fps/ups
I always have 59/60 fps/ups
What did you expect to happen instead?
No lag spike after resume the game.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
it happens Always.

PC i got a i5-12600KF processor
32 GB ram
RTX 3060 GPU
And the game is on SSD

Why i think is a bug?
In 1.1 it did not happened.

i attach a video of lagging after 6-7 minute of wait in pause menu.

Debug info is show

no mods used.
just the base game and the dlc stuff.

It seams that after of 30 minute running the game does this.
