Make "Alert Overview" pinnable

One simple suggestion for Quality of Life, having to click the alert button to get to the alert overview is jus unnecessary from my perspective. Usually I still have room on the right bottom of the screen, where I would place the alert overview pinned. Now you just have to hover your mouse over there and you can immediately see what's going on, without having to click, to see what surprises might be in for you
