Ammo Type Mouse Cursor

When driving the tank I find it stressful to figure out what ammo type I have equipped. I'm trying to watch the road and constantly glancing in the corner likes to send my tank into cliffs. Would it be possible to temporarily change the mouse cursor when hitting `c` to something that indicates the new ammo type? It can't be permanent because you don't want it to linger outside of combat, but 5 seconds of an aim reticle with some armor piercing ammo on it would aid considerably in my slaughter of the natives.
