[2.0.13] Fluid deletion on tank rotation with thrusters

When storage tanks are rotated while connected directly to thrusters, it deletes the fluid in the tank and replaces it with the overlapping fluid from the other side.

Thanks for the report. When you force mix fluids they will end up in a state you don't want. The solution to that is to not force mix fluids. They are in fact not deleted but stored in the pipe network. You can click the pipe and see for yourself.
