The spidertron visually clips into some things in a really jarring way.
I've noticed it particularly with raised rails and the rocket silo (the silo especially in that only the little nubbin at the top appears on top of the spidertron. With the bobbing animation of the idle spider, it appears even worse).
With the rails, the spider appears to be on top of the supports, but underneath the rail itself, which leads to an impression of clipping. I think the spider should either be fully on top (giving it the impression of climbing over), or it should collide with raised rail supports, giving the trains the impression of hugeness.

Thanks for the report, I'd say this is a minor issue. The game is 2D, so it's not always possible to layer things perfectly.

Yeah, for sure a minor issue and not a priority!
Still, wanted to make sure it got mentioned so it can be put onto the backlog for 'maybe will see how to fix in the future'!

This is not so much of an issue, but figured it would be best to add to this instead of starting a new post as it is related. Spidertron also appears to clip under the icons for Alt mode on things like chests.
But I noticed it doesn't do that for the Mech suit. Its directly connected to the Spidertron. Mech Suit flies overtop of the icons.
