[2.0.12 SA][Linux] Crash when screen ratio changes

What happened
I've noticed, that setting Factorio screen size to "maximised" crashes the game.
It only happens after the first startup of the game since last boot in the OS.
Additional info
This crash happens both on the Steam version and Web version (current log is from the Web version, other type of crashes are more frequent on the Steam version, and therefore I am currently experiencing no consistency there.)
Steam version only crashes when Space Age is enabled in Steam.
Web version without Space Age have not been tested yet, will do so, if requested.
When game loads, other programmes often don't work properly either, like Microsoft Edge (Yeah, I use MS Edge), which might indicate system instability, will test further if requested (Honestly, I shouldn't be this lazy to reinstall my OS...).
