I have to do quite a bit of remapping due to both being left handed and due to a disability (deformity in left hand, mouse control is fine, keyboard not so much). Among other things, WASD must be bound to arrows, many things to the numpad, the right ctrl/alt keys, etc.
Something I noticed early on: I use the right CTRL key for inventory transfer. This worked fine in the vanilla game, but under the expansion (and probably v2.0, I haven't checked) it will stop the character. There is no way to rebind this. I used search for "control" and everything is rebound already.
Another issue: keys rebound to arrows for moving around the map while in space. Pushing up/down moves towards/away from the platform/planet/solar system even though I have seemingly rebound it to other keys. When I first rebound it, things worked fine, then somehow it stopped working and hasn't worked since.
Please fix, the expansion is fantastic, but is difficult for someone like me to use. I had no issues with the game prior to the expansion/update. I can test without the expansion, but I suspect the end result will be the same and it is also reproducible.
Windows 11, latest 23H2 build (24H2 has not dropped for me yet). I have not tried Linux, however I am willing to test if needed. I have a separate machine, however I would need to set it up.
