[2.0.13] Blueprinted Machine Requesting Too Many Modules

Inserted a blueprint initially made Pre-2.0. Downgraded the machines from MK3 to MK2 but the machines still request 4 prod modules. See picture for visual.

Also see Downgrading ghosted T3 assembler with four modules has inaccessible requests.
