[2.0.11] Tech tree: Modifier old->new value always shows values as if it was next research

Expected:

• Already researched upgrades show which bonus they provided when they were researched
• Next research shows values [current -> after research]
• Queued/queueable upgrades show the future values

Actual:

• All upgrades (already researched, next one, and queued/queueable) show values [current -> (current + that upgrade bonus)]

I've observed this as well when looking at already-researched tech bonuses. I don't understand why it is not a bug?

I could understand how it could be ambiguous about what the previous bonus was since multiple researches add to the same bonus. But displaying the current bonus (which includes the research you're looking at, I might add) plus the research's addition to the bonus is confusing and definitely not helpful. If it's already researched, could it display what amount the research adds, and what the current total bonus is, without trying to show what the "potential future bonus" would be if you somehow got this research again?
