[Genhis][2.0.13] Downgrading ghosted T3 assembler with four modules has inaccessible requests

I had a T3 ghost assembler with four T2 quality modules. I downgraded it and the 4x1 (horizontal) request tag display became a 2x2 display. After the T2 assembler was placed and its two module slots were cleared, two requests remain--the second line in the 2x2. You can see in the screenshot it is below the assembler, and it thinks it is requesting modules (I don't have T2 quality modules to know what would happen). Deleting and undoing the deletion maintains the state.

Thanks for the report, it's fixed for 2.0.24.
