Add QoL features from remote view to local view

Sometimes I use remote view locally just to have acces to those QoL features;

- be able to right click to order a deconstruction
- have access to the ghost cursor (now i am limited to items in my inventory or the quickbar to build a ghost).
I find it is really usefull to have access to the full list of buildables via the ghost cursor.

It would be great to have this available in the non-remote view
