[2.0.12] First right-click input after placing item, does not register (Fixed in 2.0.13)

This is fixed in 2.0.13 but I don't see it in the notes, hopefully this fix was intentional.


In 2.0.12, after placing an item, the first right-click (to mine) input was ignored

No progress bar, character didn't turn to face mine location, etc. - the click just didn't register.

This happened consistently after every item was placed, tried different mice, no mods, etc.

Did not occur in 1.1.110 (rolled back to check).
