[raiguard][2.0.12] [SA] Fluids 2.0: Pump next to EM plant does does not take the fluid from the chained plants

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place a number of EM plants in a row making electrolyte & provide the ingridients
2. Chain the electrolyte w/o intermediate pipes
3. Place a pump directly next to an EM plant to take electrolyte

Expected:

• All EM plants are working

Actual:

• Only plant connected to the pump works
• Other plants have electrolyte backed up
• Placing a pipe between plant & pump solves the problem
