[2.0.10-1] Quality Module achievement

Very minor bug (if bug at all)

Noticed that i only received this achievement when slotting a Tier 1 Quality module into an assembler even tho i was already working with the tier 2 modules for a while.

Dont know if this is even fix worthy but it is always worth mentioning.
