[2.0.12] Rare Big mining drill does not unlock Tungsten Steel

I made a rare big mining drill (using rare parts, not crafting with quality modules) and the Tungsten Steel tech did not unlock.

"Big mining drill (rare)" should count as "Big mining drill" to unlock the Tungsten Steel Technology.
