Hi there,
I was making laser turrets, i already had the recipe in the assembler with items being inserted.
From map view i tried to shift left-click to insert t1 speed modules into the t2 assembler, instead it deletes the recipe. After this i exited map view and walked over to the assembler and manually put the recipe back in. After doing this the output of the assembler also included steel and green circuits instead of just laser turrets. This meant the inserter that is meant to grab the finished laser turrets also grabs the items necessary to make the laser turrets.
I thought shift left clicking from map view would have a robot insert a speed module into the assembler.
This happens every time i do it so its easy to recreate
This DOES NOT happen if i try to shift left click a speed module from character view, it instead deletes the recipe and when i put the recipe back in it functions as normal.

Thanks for the report however everything you described is working correctly. "Shift + left click" is for paste-settings by default. It does not insert items - that's ctrl + left click. When in remote view, if you paste-settings on a machine and it has items, they get moved into the machines trash inventory. They get moved into the trash inventory because you are too far away and it won't teleport the items to your inventory.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
