Simple solutions for swich off steam engine on night

After look on solutins sensor with inserters im not statisfied, and look for another.
Many test after create sensor simple with low parts usage and here this on upper image:

some time after im think on systems without sensor and create steam power plant with on ability after seriosus discharge accumulator bank
and charge power reduction for day to time when solar panels has egnought efficienty to charge accumulators without used any steam engine
