Attempting to drive a train remotely does nothing while it's in automatic mode
If a train is in automatic mode, attempting to Drive Remotely does nothing and is essentially locked until you also change the train to manual mode, which is confusing, and twice the clicks. Instead, it would be expected that the train temporarily changes to manual on it's own while being remotely driven, and reverting to it's previous state when Drive Remotely is exited.

Thanks for the report however this is not a bug. This is also how it works when entering a train physically.
