In-game achievements are not synchronized with Steam achievements.

On steam I have the achievement "Logistic network embargo" which I have not earned in the game.
How do I synchronize achievements from steam to the game?

You don't need to sync, it's automatic. Only "Logistic Network Embargo" has a bug. Other achievements should work normally, but if not, try deleting the Factorio folder from AppData\Roaming (make a backup beforehand). If this don't work too you must wait for patch.
