[2.0.10] Loader filters can not be configured as blacklist

At least for output based loaders we should be able to configured the filter as a blacklist based filter.

I see a feature request made its way to bug reports. If you want this to be considered a bug report then sure: its not a bug because it was never implemented.

I need black list in loaders very much too.
Black list was in loaders befor 2.0, so I do not understand, why it was so important to change it. It ruin all my beutifull factory!

So what we need to do, to change back this important feachure? Where we need to write?

For example, I try to use one of this mods: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/loaders-m ... ce5b1a6714

And by the way:
There is long way story about additing circuit network control to Splitters (https://wiki.factorio.com/Splitter). For now there is still no way to connect wires to it. Why so? And what must happend to make it?

Loader type never supported blacklist filters, various mods were using inserters with various amount of smoke and mirror on top of them to look as if they were loaders.

Silently moving this to implemented requests as starting with 2.0.14, support for blacklist filters was added to loaders.
