Weaponization of space platform

Tl Dr
Add warheads droppable from space platform

What
Player could launch a cargo of reentry vehicles to the platform, then drop them on biters. Possibly nuclear.

Why
It would be cool, and if far enough in research, it would not break the balance, as the problem is already solved by artillery
