Not sure if bug, regression, or intended feature removal, but I'm really missing it. (I've searched the forums and didn't find anything mentioning this.)
In map-view, holding shift while scrolling used to prevent the map from switching between "active radar view" (camera view?) and "obscured view". (Not sure about the actual terminology.)
While shift-mousewheel is still bound to map-zoom, it no longer stops this switch.
[2.0.7+] Map zoom & preventing view change
Re: [2.0.7+] Map zoom & preventing view change
Agreed, this feature being missing is quite annoying. Would love to see it either fixed or, if it's removal was intentional, readded.

Thanks for the report. This was intentionally removed in 2.0.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

Sad to see this go as well, I used this constantly and with the increased focus on doing things remotely I would love if this feature would get readded in some way.
There are shortcuts for reset zoom and 2x zoom (F9 and CTRL+F9), maybe we could get another one for a zoomed out as much as possible without switching to map view (SHIFT+F9 maybe) that gives us something similar to the old behaviour if shift+zoom isn't wanted (it could interfere with copy/paste etc., so I get why it might have been an issue).
