[2.0.11] Error in Item drop Tips & Tricks

When watching Item drop tutorial under Tips & tricks, the demo stops with unrecoverable error.
To reproduce:
- re-assign the hot key for Toggle Technology Screen to Page Up.
- leave Drop Item to its default assigned to Page Up
- open tips & tricks and select "Page Up to drop items"
- watch the tutorial for a few seconds till the error appears
