Russian is case-sensitive in 2.0 logistic search UI

Anyway, my language is set to Русский (Russian). When searching through the new logistic search UI or the factory search (top right), it is case sensitive to the items being matched. This probably extends to all of Cyrillic.

Thanks for the report. This is a known case for all languages with special letters. Duplicate of 116581.
