My Actions: Made an uncommon space platform starter pack (wanted to see if it did anything, seems like it doesn't). Put it in a rocket. This makes the button "make a new space platform" available. Ordered a new space platform created.
The issue: Rocket did not launch for over a minute. Replaced cargo with a a normal quality version. This worked as expected.
Expected behaviour: When a higher quality variant of the space platform starter pack is in inventory, rocket can launch and create a new space platform as with normal quality.

Re: [2.0.11] Uncommon Space Platform Starter Pack cannot be used to create platform
For me, an Uncommon Starter Pack created an Uncommon Platform just fine but it also resulted in Uncommon scaffolding (or whatever it's called) and I could not figure out any way to place that down. Had to get normal stuff with a second rocket.

What do you mean, pipetting better than normal quality foundation (from inside the inventory or elsewhere) doesn't work ??

Yeah, there was uncommon Space Platform Foundation in the inventory of the space platform.
When I selected Space Platform Foundation from "my" inventory (pressing E), placing it down would remain as ghosts and would not start construction, no matter if I specifically set the quality to Uncommon in "my" inventory or not.
I think I was on 2.0.7 when this happened.
