[0.11.10] Inserter Placeable on underground belt?

Are you supposed to be able to place inserters on underground belt?

System Information:
i7 950, 12GB Ram, 2GB GDDR5 GTX 660
Windows 7 Pro

Not a duplicate, this is about placing the inserter entity on a belt to ground, not about placing items there.

Thanks for the report, it is fixed for 0.11.11 now.
