To fix this you can revert your blueprint library to the 1.1 version by following these steps.
- Make sure you're on version 2.0.9 or later, otherwise these steps will not work.
- Before you continue, reverting the library will cause all the blueprints you've added or modified in your blueprint library in 2.0 to be lost. To keep these you can copy them to the blueprint library inside one of your saves. Load up your favourite save and copy the blueprints you want to keep from "My blueprints" to "Game blueprints". Remember to save the game after doing this!
- If you're using the Steam version of the game, then from the main menu go to "Settings" and then to "Other" and disable "blueprint library Cloud Sync".
- Exit the game, and go to the application directory where game stores the config and log files. If you're on Windows this will typically be in "%AppData%\Factorio" you should be able to open this by pressing start and typing that in without quotes. If you downloaded the zip version of the game it'll be in the directory you extracted the game to. For other platforms see https://wiki.factorio.com/Application_directory
- Rename blueprint-storage-2.dat to blueprint-storage-2-garbled.dat (if the file shows up without a .dat suffix for you then leave it out when renaming). This will cause the game to not find the blueprint library for 2.0 and load and migrate the blueprint library from 1.1 again.
- Launch the game again and the blueprints from 1.1 should be fixed!
- If you turned off "blueprint library Cloud Sync" in step 3 you can turn it back on again now.
- If you had blueprints you put into a save-game in step 2, load that save-game again and move the blueprints back from "Game blueprints" to "My blueprints".
