Alert icon back to the right of the quickbars please

Could we please get the alert icon back to the right of the quickbars again please.
It looks really out of place on top of the quickbars.

Yes Please. The Alert icon is covered up if you have the quickbars set to 4 high, and have a large inventory that makes the inventory window touch the top of the quickbars. It really needs to be movable.
