[2.0.11] Inconsistent in/output data

Some outputs/inputs are given in "per second" while others are not, this is confusing and inconsistent for people that haven't played the game for long or are used to game where in/output are always given in a "per second/minute".
Having all recipes show how much they consume and produce in "per second" would make it much more accessible to automate especially more complex things for those not quite as versed in mathematics and logical thinking.
