[2.0.7] can't unpause game when paused by someone else in map view

When someone else pauses the game in multiplayer while I have map view open i am unable to reach the Esc Menu to unpause the game (pressing Esc would close map view on first press but doesnt because game is paused).

what happens:

• While in map view someone else pauses the game
• I want to unpause so i press Esc to to reach the ESC Menu to unpause the game
• Esc Menu doesnt open
• without the Esc menu I cant unpause the game and must wait for someone else to unpause the game or reconnect

what i expect to happen:

• Esc Menu to open when Esc is pressed while the game is paused

I did not find this specific problem in the existing bugs nor in the patch notes, sorry if it already existed or is already resolved since im playing on 2.0.7.
