[2.0.9]Products finished number format missing seperator

Found this in 2.0.9 no mods.
I searched for "number format" and for "missing separator" in Bug Reports and didn't find this.
Sorry if I missed a report and this is a duplicate.

Other machines have the same issue.

The separator between thousands and hundreds is missing.
Products finished should show 10,159.
