[2.0.10] Furnaces not working

I am at the beginning of a save (no robotics).

I copy-pasted my furnace setup from elsewhere in my world, then built over the ghosts. When I connected power (connected the power poles to the rest of my grid), only a couple of furnaces started up (despite the input belts being saturated with coal + copper).

When I deconstruct a furnace and place it down again in the same spot, it works normally.
