different color for non-met schedule conditions

conditions (in train schedule, combinators, etc.) which are partially met have a green progress bar.

if this bar is almost complete it is hard to see if its not completed.

if this used orange as a color if it is not truthy, and only green if true this would be easier to distinguish.
